Last night in Dubai, Christie’s auctioned off two limited edition Hublot timepieces to raise funds for Dubai Cares. Made out of titanium and 18K pink gold quality Replica Watches, the Vision I and Vision II are considered “grail” pieces in the UAE ever since they appeared in the mid-2000s.
Developed and named as a tribute to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, they have captured the hearts of local Replica Watches for sale enthusiasts.
“People in the Middle East are very proud of their countries,” said Hublot UAE Regional Director Marco Tedeschi. “There is a really huge demand for such limited editions. People are still trying to buy if for five times its retail price, which means it really is something special.”
Sensing an opportunity to support a great cause, Seddiqi & Sons presented the two limited edition pieces, raising a total of $108,000, all of which was donated to Dubai Cares. Hand-picked by the Chief Operating Officer of Seddiqi Holding, the philanthropic organization provides access to quality primary education to children in developing countries.
“Education is one of the most important needs in a child’s life and we hope that collectors will show generous support for Dubai Cares programs around the world,” said Mohammed Abdulmagied Seddiqi.
The evening provided a fitting end to the incredible success story of Cheap Replica Watches UK Week.
Breaking down the results: At first glance, it may be surprising to learn that the Vision II raised twice as much as the Vision I, since the latter is a more complicated piece, with a chronograph function. However, the Vision II is a more collectible timepiece for two subtle reasons. First of all, because of its rose gold Arabic numerals, which are particularly prized in the UAE. Second of all, because it is numbered 0 out of 100 pieces; a number reserved for prototype pieces.
